You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that:

Is defamatory, libelous, or invasive of privacy

When you create a trip and invite others, you are responsible for:

Ensuring you have permission to share the trip with invited users

Not sharing trips with unauthorized users

By accepting a trip invitation, you agree to respect the privacy of other members and not to misuse any content shared within the trip.

6. Geolocation Data

Our Getaway uses geolocation data extracted from photo metadata to display photos on maps and create route visualizations. By uploading photos with geolocation data, you consent to this use. You can choose not to upload photos with geolocation data, though some features may be limited.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Our Getaway and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
